Post! So over at One Stop Poetry they have a Sunday challenge photo (55 word poem or flash fiction) and today I wrote my first poem of twenty-eleven. Thanks to KJ Halliday for the photo. Pop over to One Stop Poetry to have a look at the photo and check to see if I have conveyed it well in words or not.

Float on a fire sea
Silver white waters
Where there’s a walking me
Blood red cliffs hover
Hiding what lies
Within it I am discovered
So many strange faces
Erased by the forgotten
Names lost to other spaces
In your eyes you see me flee
My dear human brother
Locked inside your secret places

Like the way you make the poem feel personal by introducing "Where there’s a walking me." And forgotten names allows for the reader to personalize too. Fine poem, Paige. Thanks for taking the challenge!
