Gobble, Gobble y’all

I made some spiced peaches; ¼ cup of white vinegar, a tablespoon of whole cloves, 3 cans sliced peaches in syrup bring to simmer for about 15 minutes; cool on the stove then refrigerate overnight, warm up just before serving, remove cloves put on a pretty dish or bowl and serve with beat up heavy cream {whip it, whip it good if you prefer}

Happy Thanksgiving to all my dear Internets that celebrate this United States Event, wherein our Government proclaimed a special day each year specifically for giving thanks to God. May we never lose this.

You so better be with your families and giving thanks

But just in case you are tired of all the open mouth chewing and all the burping and farting that is going on in the living room (den of football shenanigans) let me entertain you before you have you pre-shopping nap or your pre-shopping campout for the best price on the gift of your choice. Which should I mention that I would so much like to have a kitchen for Christmas…so if you see one for a bargain, I mean a totally cheap a$$ price (or better FREE) please pick one up for me, you have my Thanks in Advance.

Now onto the entertainment, enlightenment and just becauses

I hope you soon get that kitchen! And thanks for posting the info about Turkey, Texas and the game too! I got to level two but I have no idea how i managed that as I usually bomb out completely on games like that!
And the peaches sound -and look -darned delicious too! Can you send me some? Okay, I suppose they wouldn't travel very well, would they. Much as I'd like to try a dish like that, it will enver materialize here cause I'd be the only one trying to eat it most likely. Too many fuss budgets who won't eat things like that in this house, ya know.

Oh, those peaches look so good! I could just eat them through the computer screen. But the Christmas tree - already! It's not even December yet, girl.

/yum- peachy keen, jellybean!
Wow, I knew Turkey was a country in Europe, but I didn't know Turkey was a town in TX!
I did not like that magnet fork!
I made hand-outline turkeys with the grandkids I got to visit for a few hours.
I don't do Thanksday stuff normal folks do. I have to work holidays. I don't go shopping this weekend, ever- n don't do large gifts. We concentrate our gift efforts on the kids only.
Hope your week-end was fun-
