On November 2 we went to the big quilt show in Houston at the George R. Brown Convention Center. Really it is more than big it is huge. This year we took our youngest daughter with us, she really enjoyed all the artist forms that can be done with fabric and really liked the painted ones and the silhouettes. My favorite are the appliqué. My carpel tunnel issues keep me from doing hand piecing and quilting, which I suppose is the main reason I don’t do much blankie work anymore. Today’s post is gonna be quilt photost. I hope you enjoy because we sure did.

Wow, those are amazing! Some of them don't even look like quilts. Learning how to make quilts is one of my 2009 new year's resolutions. I love them. Thanks for the post.
I love the clock design.
Loved these pictures -really fantastic what some people can create though, isn't it? Will be looking forward to seeing your other pictures too now in the near future.
